monday sucks
i hate mondays. they're so horrible. and this one even more so due to the daylight savings pain in my ass. thanks a lot world, for making me lose an hour of sleep. ok, arizona - you're forgiven, seeing that you don't actually participate.
why do we do this anyway? a brief history, some fun facts, and reminder dates about daylight savings..
what's getting me through today? tons of coffee, eonline, and thinking about some trips that i'm taking in the next few weeks/months...
april destination: weekend jaunt to maryland to visit some family, with a stop over in dc to see some monuments. i have very specific goals in life. back in november, it was to "eat a turkey leg" which i successfully did (the picture will follow me to the grave) and now, i want to "do funny things in front of monuments." how i plan to become funny in such a short period of time, i dont know. i'll let you know how that works out.
may destination: farmington, maine. my old roommate from college will be home for a short visit (3 weeks) from her saving the world in nicaragua while she's in the peace corps. i haven't really planned this one out yet, but worst case scenario - the fung wah bus and i become best friends. i'll probably be there for memorial day. woohoo.
june destination: michigan. detroit to be exact, for kelli and sam's wedding. i'm excited to go as i've never been to motor city, but i guess i should book my flight, huh?
that's all for now folks.
